    Any special reason for this?

These suggest you have not loaded BIOS optimized defaults.
Please follow profJim's suggestions for initial settings first

From the current values of PCIE and CPu clock drive, it seems that you're running on failsafe defaults. This happens if you flash the BIOS and then don't hit Load Optimized Defaults on the next boot, before entering any custom settings.

Your Static tRead value (for both channels) is probably the reason that the FSB won't budge past 266. tRead = 4 is extremely tight. This is obviously stable for 266 FSB, but not beyond. The best idea would be to set this looser than needed, then adjust down after you get a stable overclock at the speed you want. Set it to 9/10 for now.

Hopefully these steps will at least allow you to raise the FSB without issue.

You obviously need to set enough VCore for the speed you want, which varies from CPU to CPU. PLL and CPU Term also may need increasing. Start off bt manually setting them to their defaults of 1.2V CPU Term and 1.5V PLL and go from there. Also manually set MCH Core, start at 1.2-2.4V and work up if needed.

Set Performance Enhance to Standard, manually set primary timings to 6-6-6-18 and as you adjust the FSB, alter System Memory Multiplier to keep your RAM within the rated speed.

If your PCIE clock is set to 90MHZ as indicated, set it to the correct 100MHz, unless you have a device in your system that needs a 90MHz PCIe clock. All PCIe devices should be fine at 100MHz, this is the design spec.

Okay, I didn't think this would be a question I would have to ask, but how do I paste screenshots? I just get broken links.

I know I hit F7 for Optimized Defaults and saved the settings. I've probably done that 25 times when I keep having issues. I'll take your advice and make the changes. Thanks again.

That's the values it sets for optimized defaults? If so maybe a long CMOS clear as explained in the second part of this post will help.

I was mistaken on the clock drive numbers. They were 800 and 900 respectively. I attached some of the screenshots you requested. I will post the other two shortly as they did not all fit into one attachment in a readable format.

Here is the other attachment. You will see I have been able to overclock to 2.5 GHz and I think I am on my way. Thanks for your patience. It is much appreciated.
