I can't understand why one channel Static tread Value is 8 and the other is 9. set them both to 8 for now, try to set them lower later.
Depend if you want to keep DDR-1066 you can try and set timings to 7-7-7-20.
If you like to try DDR-1333 leave timings as they are and set multiplier to 4.00B if there is such a multiplier.
If wither one goes well try to set lowest Static tRead Value possible for noth channeles, 7 or 6 or even 5 may be possible.
If the computer go into boot loop as result of lowering Static tRead, turn off the PSU for 20 seconds then back on and power up, enter BIOS and set Static tRead up one level.

For some reason MemSet is not letting me set the B Performance Level to 8... I pressed save, reboot and it still on 9!

I cant anything like a memory multiplier on my Bios...

I want to take my RAM to real 1333mhz (that's why I bought it!)... how do I do then?

Change Static tRead Value for both channels in BIOS.

Yes it's fine now both channels has the same settings. If you click >> you will see them both.

6 is fine. Run an 8+ hours Prime95/Orthos blend torture or OCCT medum/large data set and you can call it stable.

There should be minor or no memory performance difference at all between 1333 and 1066 with 333FSB. If the tests fail try 1066 with 7-7-7-20 standard timings.

P.S. The memory is rated as 1.6v, see if you can set it less then current 1.7v settings.
