    yes thats what i mean change cpu vcore to normal setting and qpi vtt to 1.30000v

    Your particular CPU may need more QPI/Vtt voltage to run, some need far more than others. Try 1.35 and also add a little IOH Voltage and see if that helps. You may also want to try and test using more uncore such as 2x +2
