Try tRFC 48-54, MCH Core 1.2-1.26v, then 1.05-0.95v, CPU Termination 1.22v.

A long CMOS clear as described in the second part of this post might help, even an over night if 20 minutes don't.

There is a newer beta BIOS for this board. I'd be the last to recommend beta BIOS but it is an option.

It does IMO point to a problem with the board since you have tried 2 different memory kits, but still worth to try before going into RMA process.

Is a long CMOS clear going to clear my RAID configuration?? If it is I will need to do another backup first..

Yes it would. This should be covered in that post or the one before it.
Backing up important data is always a good idea.
Leave the clear as last resort, try the other options first.

I tried these things with no luck..
Afterwards I tried booting up with just 1 stick of memory in slot 3, all others left empty, and it failed to boot, so I tried 1 stick of memory in slot 4 with the same results..
Looks like there is something wrong with slots 3 & 4, not related to dual channel at all...

    What does this mean now??

I guess it means the board should be replaced.

    OK, thanks for your help.

I contacted the store that I bought it from and they said it will take 14 working days to get it repaired..
I can't go that long without a computer, I guess i will just have to put up with it...
