    Shame you have no DMM. Probably not but it may be the Super I/O chip that's responsible for reporting voltages that's gone nuts rather than an actual power error.

    I hope the retailer has good customer service who understand PC's. that way you should have no issue swapping it. It's for sure a one off. EP45-UD3P's are excellent boards. I love mine, it's as solid as a rock.

    I doubt the voltage readings are getting misread, just due to the fact that the cpu is unstable if you put any load on it when you have normal (1.25v) vcore with a 9x multi and 266 fsb thanks for the help guys
