I just ask because I have used many modified and unmodified boards with several CPU's and none of them had any issues getting 220-225 without pushing PCIE. Meaning all unmodified boards even could do 220-223 without additional PCIE freq, you just have to raise the voltages to the proper amounts
    Vcore is enough....cpu 215*14 I am not sure for others setting...but I don't understand why with 215MHz all works fine and with 216 nothing works.....

    Are you starting from fail safe? Just wondered as the clock drives should be 800/900. But your BIOS may set these at 700/700 with optimized, check to be sure. If you are starting from fail safe please load optimized and try again
