No that is at 1333MHz speed.

Note that I just played 3 rounds of Modern Warfare 2 without a crash... looking good so far! Fingers crossed!

Unfortunately not - I've been out of town for 2 days, so haven't been able to post. However, today I turned on my PC - within 30 minutes it had blue screened, then kept blue screening on reboot. Windows 7 then did a start up repair, and I lowered my memory timings back to the settings that the manufacturer specifies, rather than what the motherboard auto detects (which is too aggressive).

Variety of errors today on the blue screens, with one saying something about a driver about to corrup the kernel. Also, when I went into my BIOS, I was immediately greeted by the message that sometimes pops up about how overclocking or overvolting has caused an error and that settings may not be accurate. One other thing I noticed - every time Windows starts, it makes that noise as if it's detecting a new device, but I can't figure out what it's detecting.

Any other suggestions? Here are my BIOS settings once again:

Actually, it's far too difficult to post my BIOS settings in a message due to the character limit you guys impose on these forums, so I've attached them as a Word doc, as I did earlier in this thread.

I'm thinking this has something to do with the USB ports - I plugged in a new webcam today, and as soon as I slid the USB plug into the motherboard, my PC shut down. Instantly. No BSOD, just black.

I did that yesterday, directly from Intel's site. Crashing is still occurring. I also just tested the PSU with a PSU tester that I use for my reviews - it's working fine.

I read the overclocking guide that you followed and I saw this link to the new Geil high performance memory.
    New Product Release_Ultra 2000MHz & 2133MHz Dual Channel Kit & EVO ONE 2000MHz & 2133MHz Dual & Quad - News - GeIL Memory

There have been problems with the LGA 1156 socket. I believe Gigabyte is now using a LOTES bracket on newer LGA 1156 socket motherboards. There seems to be a problem of making contact between the CPU and motherboard, mainly ones using the Foxconn not the LOTES LGA 1156 socket. You wrote you switched CPU's. Did you notice any marks similar to these in this link:
XtremeSystems Forums - View Single Post - P55-UD6 socket burn

This has been the cause of instability and crashes on some boards.

select expert ram settings, set spec timings, set your ram multi manually to give you spec speed, set uncore as 2xmem multi or 2xmem multi +1 so if its say 12 mem multi the uncore will be 24 or 25,also set qpi to 1.28000 and then try
