1 thing that you havn't supplied and no one has asked for yet is, how are your storage controllers configured?

Also just because a stick of memory fails Memtest86+ doesn't necessarily mean its a dud, it could be just bad settings.

I'm not sure what the storage controllers are or their configuration. If you tell me how to find them, I can get you that info.

Ya the setting were bad. They still need some tweaking, because the computer has frozen a couple of times and has even gone to the BSOD while I was trying to put my software on.

If someone could check out my settings on the first page and give some advice, it would be very welcome. I also have easytune 6 installed. I don't know if it would be better to change the settings using that or just do it in BIOS.

Does the sticker on the memory state 2.1-2.3v? On OCZ web page it is 2.1-.2.2v.

Set Performance Enhance standard, all reference voltages on auto, try MCH Core 1.2-1.24v, DRAM Voltage 2.1-2.16v.

After I change it, what do I need to do to see if it's stable or if I should change it some more to optimize?

Made the changes and it gave me the BSOD and restarted. I didn't get to see what error code it showed.

Only thing I changed. It should still be on standard.

    DRAM 2.12
    HCM Core 1.2

Hopefully getting the BSOD isn't the only way to find out if the setting work. lol

Have you ran memtest86+ on the ram?
If not please do, if it fails test each stick individually in slot 1. If both pass or both fail try one stick in slot 3.
Test all slots (or at least 1&3 or 2&4) with one known good memory stick.

EDIT: have you left Perfomance Enhance turbo? If so set it to standard.

    yes it's on standard.
How long should I run the memtest86x for on each configuration and should I keep the same setting in the BIOS that I listed above?

Give 6+ passes to be sure, if there is a faulty stick or slot they should show quite quick, bad settings may not be detected so quickly.
If MCH Core 1.2-1.24v does not work, try 1.05-0.95v, a few users had to set less than default instead of more.

OK, about storage controllers and disks.

Please tell us what disks and DVD/CD Drives you have, what type they are (SATA/IDE), and where they are connected as in what port color and #

Then please give us your settings for the following BIOS settings, and tell us how you want to or are trying to install your OS IE: RAID/AHCI/Normal SATA

    Integrated Peripherals

    Intel Controller (Yellow Ports)
    SATA RAID/AHCI Mode (Intel ICH10R Southbridge) .............
SATA Port0-3 Native Mode ................................... Enabled (or Disabled, both will work)

    Gigabyte/J.Micron Controller (Purple Ports)
Onboard SATA/IDE Device (GIGABYTE SATA2 Chip) ............. Enabled
Onboard SATA/IDE Ctrl Mode (GIGABYTE SATA2 Chip) ........... IDE
