right then ... so on F3a

    so..

DES bluescreens in W7x64 when being enabled while C3/C6/C7 State Support enabled.

So this is my understanding - can someone confirm??

    TMPIN0 - NB (41)
    TMPIN1 - CPU (28)
    TMPIN2 - SYS (40)

I removed my CPU and Silent Pipe.. removed excess paste from the SP installation and re-applied new paste for the CPU.. also put another fan on CPU block so now push-pull

Easytune still only reporting CPU temp in Monitor.. rather annoying...

HWmonitor displaying TMPIN values, but without knowing which one is which it's all guess work

    Summary for previous points:
    1. USB doesn't initialise all the time at boot - Hasn't re-occured (yet)
    2. TMPIN03 (SYS) Temp really high - 53+ degrees - need to check this over the weekend, will try also with increased memory clock
    3. Not sure what temps should be seeing - hmmm
    4. Windows 7 hung a couple of times during boot - Hasn't re-occured (yet) - probably related to the USB issues.. which were probably voltage related..
    GA-X58A-UD7 rev1.0 - F9d // Intel i7 920 D0 @ 4.2Ghz - //vcore:Normal(1.2430v)+DVID+0.07500v//qpi_vtt:1.380v//bclk:200*21(turbo)

Are you overclocking? If so leave those disabled, and uninstall DES...

Use Real Temp to monitor your cores, or Everest Ultimate to monitor it all Speedfan sucks really, or are you mentioning TMPIN03 from HWMonitor? Either way this may be a ghost temp anyway or false. The ONLY Sensors you have on your board (Except CORE TEMP) will show up in PC Health section of the BIOS, so if you only see CPU, IOH, and System/motherboard that is all you have.

You mention TPMIN03, but only show TPMIN02 in your list of temps before that? If this is correct then that is likely a ghost or false temp. Download and check with Everest

    TMPIN0 - NB (41) << Motherboard/Sys temp (PCB)
    TMPIN1 - CPU (28) << CPU
    TMPIN2 - SYS (40) << Northbridge

not overclocking right now.. wanted to do full feature test ... but yeah will just disable and uninstall

ahh cool.. yeah TMPIN3 was a ghost...

in bios on MCH and CPU

Not using speedfan cos it sucks :)

Everest still not supporting this MB properly...

Ya, 4Ghz is a breeze as long as your cooler is good.

Hey, any word on your UD5 RMA yet?
