    Try bumping MCH up a notch, or Vcore a notch or three and re-test.

    What Vtt are you using for the above test?

    well i guess there wasnt much left on the website as i thought...since im done with it.

    heres the settings you asked for LSD:

    (G)MCH Freq. Latch = 333MHz
    Sys. Mem. Multi. = 2.40B
    MCH ==== 1.260v
    Vcore ====1.27500v

    And what is Vtt??

    CPU Termination.

    Is Load Line Calibration(LLC) enabled or disabled?

    GFlops are also low, I'd expect 40+ so probably more vcore.
    You can use EasyTune, increase vcore a notch or two each time and click set untill you see increase in GFlops and IBT does not fail then set it in BIOS.
    Core temps will be higher too.

    Definitely a VCore problem. I thought it was too good to be true with 1.275V and no LLC.

    Enable LLC first and re-test. If it still fails IBT, increase to 1.3V. No point wasting time notching Vcore up one at a time (I'm impatient). I much prefer increasing by plenty, as long as in a safe range and the voltage isn't something silly. Test at 1.3V and with LLC again ofc and see if that passes. If it does, reduce a notch, if not increase a bit.

    Vtt may be an issue too. Even if you get everything stable on for example (making numbers up) 1.32V, you may with more VTT (CPU Termination) be stable at 1.3V or 1.285V etc.

    VTT and Vcore needed for my Q8200:
    2.8GHz, Stock everything.
    3.0GHz: 1.3V no LLC, 1.22VTT
    3.2GHz: 1.3V LLC on, 1.26VTT
    3.4GHz: 1.375V LLC on, 1.28VTT, CPU Ref +1 tick when VTT= 1.20V
    3.5GHz: No chance on earth, no matter the voltages etc.
