    Default Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS4 bios settings

    Hi, I had written here in the past and i was satisfied by the answers.

    I start with my configuration:
    e8400 @ 4004MHz
    4GB ram Gskill(ddr2-800 cl4) 2x2GB @ 890MHz with 2v
    Sapphire HD4850

    before summer I was at 4Ghz in daily use, with a real voltage(from cpuz) of 1,200v in load. Ram worked at 1,96v.
    During summer I downclokked at 3 GHz with 0,99v. Yesterday I returned to the old overclocking settings, but the system didn't boot. Is it possible?
    Maybe the problem is that i don't remember the others bios values. could you tell me what are the most correct values?

    Yes, very well could be you have missed some settings that you set before.

    The system works with this values. are there any wrong settings?

    Before this summer the cpu voltage was 1,25625 in bios and 1,200 in load.
    However it is not a problem, i can survive also in this way, but it sound very strange...

    Looks like you have loaded fail safe settings, please start over and load optimized defaults, then save/apply and reboot back to the BIOS and set your SATA Settings again, then try your overclock setting again.

    Fail Safe is going to give you nothing but issues, and it looks to me like that is what you started with
