Im using 3gb because the cooler blocks the #1 Ram Slot

I tried the settings you suggested.
It Double reboots and then reverts back to the optimized defaults for M.I.T.

Starting to think it's a faulty motherboard.

    The Settings Used.

Ahh I see about the ram, just wondered.

Well I don't easily think it is the board, so you likely just need different settings. Let me give you some looser ones to try and this should get you going, then we can tweak timings and voltages down after you get going. This board is not a heavy overclocker, but you should be able to do 3.6 for sure I would think.

Latest BIOS now correct? If not please update again

Robust Graphics Booster___________ [Auto or Fast]
    CPU Clock Ratio ____________ [9x]
    Fine Clock Ratio ____________[0.0]
    CPU Frequency _____________[3.59Ghz(399x9)]
    CPU Host Clock Control_ [Enabled]
    CPU Host Frequency (MHz)__________ [399]
    PCI Express Frequency (Mhz)_______ [100]
System Memory Multiplier (SPD)____ [2.4] No 2.66d setting 2.40B should be fine, but also try 2.00B as well if nothing else is working and we can look into that later on.

RAM Timing Selectable_______ SPD __ [Manual]

    Performance Enhance = [Standard]

CAS Latency Time________________ 5 << Set 6 for now, may not be needed, try last if nothing else below boot through to windows.
    Dram RAS# to CAS# Delay_________5
    Dram RAS# Precharge Delay________ 5
Precharge Delay (tRAS)____________15 << Set 18 for now

ACT to ACT Delay (tRRD)_________ 3 << Set 4 for now
Rank Write to READ Delay________ 4 << Set 6 for now
Write to Precharge Delay_________ 5 << Set 8 for now
Refresh to ACT Delay____________58 << Set 68 for now
    Read to Precharge Delay__________4
Static tRead Value_______________7 << Set 9 for now
Static tRead Phase Adjust________ 8 (auto) << always auto

    System Voltage Control____ [Manual]
DDR2 OverVoltage Control__ [+0.3V] << Set to your ram spec voltage, normally 2.1V which is +0.3V
PCI-E OverVoltage Control_ [normal] << Auto not normal (There is no Auto Setting just Normal) << Hmm, odd. What BIOS are you using again and I will download it and check the visible/available settings.
FSB OverVoltage Control___ [normal] << Auto not normal Or +0.1 (FSB OverVoltage Control isn't there) << If you press Control + F1 on the MAIN page of the BIOS and the screen will flash, then go into MIT Section do you then see it? If not then your boards BIOS just does not offer it as this is a budget board.

(G)MCH OverVoltage Control [+0.1] << Set +0.1-0.2 (Often needed at stock with more than 2GB) (Only Settings here are +0.1 +0.2 +0.3)
    CPU Voltage Control_______ [1.32500v] <<< More, maybe 1.28-1.36 << Set 1.38
*Can you please set this Vcore amount at stock CPU Speed for me, then go into windows and run a stress test such as Orthos or Prime95 for a minute or two. While you do this watch your temps to be sure they are ok, should be, and please open CPU-z whil the test is running. Not the Vcore amount before you start the test (Idle Vcore amount) and then also watch the Vcore as the test runs for a few minutes and tell me the amount of Vcore under load as well. Just want to check as you board may have a very high vdrop and vdroop, so we need to know the difference between setting 1.38 in the BIOS and the amount shown in windows at Idle and Load.

Limit CPUID Max. to 3.....................: [Disabled]
    No-Execute Memory Protect............: [Disabled]

CPU Thermal Monitor 2(TM2) ...........: [Disabled]

Virtualization Technology................: [Enabled] << Disable for now

    Integrated Peripherals
Legacy USB Storage Detect_________[Enabled] << Disable for now, you will need to re-enable later if you need to use Qflash with a USB Stick

    I'm running F5 Bios now

    with 1.38v set
Cpu-z shows core Voltage at 1.328v-1.344v (Mostly at 1.344v)
    38c Temps idle
    50c Temps Load

The settings you posted also cause a double reboot revert to defaults.

What exact settings did you enter? I ask because I posted a lot with ranges so I need to be sure before I advise again to help you pass the double reboot to defaults.

K, please try those exact ones but make the following changes

Same results, Double reboot revert to default.

I can't turn on TM2 or it will revert to 2ghz.

Hmm, this sounds like it may just be a very buggy BIOS. I will send in a report on this and see if I can get one of the engineers to look at it and give you a new beta BIOS.

Did you have the same issues with F4 BIOS, I mean with TM2?

How about using 2.00D for your ram multi for now, see if that will boot

It's done this with Bios F3-F5.
    Used 2.00 Multi no difference

Does your BIOS have 2.00D as a choice or just 2.00?

Try +0.3 MCH and only +.1-.2 FSB

I have sent in a email inquiring about the TM2 bug you are seeing, I will let you know if they find any issue with it in testing once they have time to look into it.
