    yup although It probably wont be a while I just got these over the black friday weekend.. hehehe(broke now) thanks for all the advice.. I'll be coming back for more as usual.

    Cool, well save up if you do want some better sticks. Those are all that bad, but I was just saying you could get better sticks for sure.

    Did you set CPU Ratio 10 to keep the CPU at the same OC?
    Try with CPU Ratio 9/9.5 also.
    Timings should remain 5-5-5-15, tRD 6 should be possible but start higher 7 or 8, memory multiplier 2.40B.

    Could be FSB wall for the CPU, not all of them can do above 300.

    ok I'll try that.. but just one question if I drop cpu clock ratio to 10 it will reduce my cpu speed to 2.80 ghz is that gona affect overall performance?

    At 10x333FSB 3.33Ghz is slightly higher OC than you had before, 9/9.5 Ratio just to eliminate the extra CPU OC as being in question. If there's no FSB wall set it to 10, maybe a bit more Vcore will be needed.
