    Smile p45 ud3p 1.6 fb stable but fd fails

    I'm back. sup guys

    My ram is stable. I tested for a good length of time>>


    If you press F9 you get to see this screen.>>


    S3 sleep works when running stock and also overclocked too



    I noticed my settings using fb is not stable using fc,fd.

    My results using bios version fb, 1066 only optimized defaults slot2&4. I believe it had mch@1.100v, performance level(trd)=6, 2.100v, [turbo]


    ga-ep45-ud3p v 1.6 bios FD doesn't work right. boot with optimized defaults. slot 2&4 dual channel. <nobr style="font-weight: normal; font-size: 100%; color: rgb(0, 0, 255);" id="itxt_nobr_1_0">ocz</nobr> reaper hpc 4gb 1066.I get errors with memtest86+ 4.00

    tried file from fileden, p45ud3p2.Fd

    then went to
    GIGABYTE - Support&Download - Motherboard - BIOS Download

    Also downloaded FD from
    America, Europe, and Europe(Russia) ftp

    all fail at test#3, also tried test#5 for a 20sec 300+ errors.

    Using FB, optimized defaults--------------stable slots2&4
    but when i use fd same slots i get errors

    same ram, same everything, didn't touch hardware. slot2&4. began testing FB 1min after FD fails. FB doesn't like slots 1&3 800+ errors test#5. FDa wont boot 1066mhz with slots 1&3 . but stable 24hrs+ memtest86+4.0 800mhz pf7 turbo mch 1.100v dram 1.8v slot 2&4.


    My results with FB

    FB slot 2&4 memtest86+4.00 2hrs+_______stable
    loop test#5 40 min.____________________stable.
    using 1.100 mch, 2.1v dram, pf 6. 1066 driving strength, so far so good.

    Please give me your current settings for FD that fail, same settings as previous BIOS do not often work so you will need to tweak them all again.

    Please get a template from my signature and give me your full settings, and specs, then I can advise back

    Heres a screenshot for memtest86+v4.00 using FB. I just flashed to fb then set optimized defaults.

    Running 1066 fails within 4 minutes with FD, but with FB its 1hr+ and still 0 error. Both fd and fb have the same exact settings.

    All below fail within 4 minutes with fd.

    Not sure? But use the settings I advised you to test with.

    Do not use XMP/EPP and do not set all voltages manually, leave all the ref's on auto and the others I noted to be auto as well.
