Did you check for bent CPU pins before installing your CPU? If not you may need to check.

Have to ask, sorry. You do have the 8 Pin ATX 12 CPU power plug, and the 24 Pin ATX cable plugged in correct?

Your next move would be to get the board out of the case, and OFF the motherboard tray. Then try with minimal hardware such as CPU/Heatsink, One stick of ram in a white slot, and your GFX Card. NOTHING else, no hard drives, cd drives, external devices, ect. If the system then starts add things one at a time until you find the culprit.

You sure your heatsink or rear mounting plate is not causing a short? Check this as well. Might as well do this, and check your CPU socket pins while you are at it. Be Careful not to bend any while checking!

Could it be the problem with BIOS?
I'm asking this because everytime, after series of shuting down and turning on, my BIOS settings is set to default. Then appears some message (in BIOS) that says there are some wrong settings with OC or voltage.
    What should I do now?

Well, that is because you do not put the right settings in and they fail so the board loads defaults. Please give me your current settings and full specs in a template and I will advise back

I'm sorry because you're waiting. I need more time to rewrite all settings form BIOS. I'll rewrite them, but there is nothing special I changed.
I changed primary boot device to hard drive and set my RAM frequency to 1333 MHz.(I changed multiplier to 10.0). That's all I changed. Only that 2 options. I'm currently using BIOS version F5. I downloaded it from Gigabyte's web-page. I flashed BIOS with QFlash.
    I never OCed proccessor.

    CPU: Core i7 920 (D0)@ 2,66 GHz
    Motherboard: GA-X58-UD4 (Bios ver. F5)
    Cooler: Mugen2
    Memory: DDR3, G.Skill 3x1 GB
    Graphic Card: nVidia GF 8800GT
    HDD: Hitachi 500 GB
OS: Windows Vista Ultimate x64 SP1

It's no problem, I can wait. Sorry if you have to wait on me sometimes too.

I still need to see your full settings though, and since you only changed a few things that is why it is failing on you, you need to make several changes.

I am on my way out right now, so I will get back to you this afternoon or tonight.

just try these settings, set ram voltage to 1.66 cpu voltage on "normal" setting, qpi voltage on 1.25000 see if you have any luck with those, also set system performance enhance to standard,if your using xmp disable it and put in the values manually

Sorry yet again, I need to see your full settings in the template linked in my signature. Your way of doing it has left out vital settings I need to see before advising you. Please just use the template, those are the only settings I need to see.

Above advice is good, you do need to set your ram voltage and QPI/Vtt manually as well. I also recommend disabling XMP and set things yourself
