You may need +0.2 MCH, then you can likely use +0.3 instead for your memory voltage

Ok now it's crashing pretty often... I have no idea why it did not crash like this when I was testing with Orthos for 8 hours :( I'll try what you suggested ^ ... How will I know if this will fix it, run Orthos for another 8 hours?

Anyways here is the Memset SPD

Is the 4.00+ is the only 4 multiplier you have?
    What is the BIOS version?

The other available multipliers (and what they will run my RAM at) are:

    3.33 - 667
    2.00 - 400
    2.40 - 480
    3.20 - 640
    2.50 - 500
    3.00 - 600
    4.0~ - 800

Right now I am using 4.0+, should I be using 4.0~ , they both will run my RAM at 800

My Bios version, according to Windows System Information, is 2.4

LSD My pc crashed a few minutes ago after making the change you suggested...bummer

Probably is OK though there is a final F6 version. What date is it from?

Final is dated 2009/06/19 on GB site, up to you if to update or not, flashing BIOS is always a risk.

Don't use @BIOS if you decide to update, use the built in BIOS Q-flash. I'd also set looser memory timings for the flash process.

I know this must sound silly, but how is flashing the BIOS dangerous...and What exactly will it do...and how do I go about doing it?
