A third backup only makes the Dual BIOS stronger, why would you not want "Triple BIOS" Security?

Yes, if that is set to Backup BIOS to HD yet one has not done so then when it searches for a backup there and does not find one there or on CD it will fail. That is why I advise you to set it to backup BIOS Chip, this way when the MAIN Fails the secondary will kick in. Disabling it will disable your Dual BIOS protection

BIOS backup to HD is fine, and in a section you cannot access or see, this will however mess up RAID Arrays so do not enable this if you are using RAID

OK I updated the BIOS to F6, and changed the RAM settings back to what I posted at the beginning of this forum. Should I leave FSB voltage at +1.0 or move it to +2.0. And also is there a difference between 4.0+ and 4.0~ multiplier for the RAM, they both give me 800MHZ

You should not need more than +0.1 FSB, maybe not even that.
You will probably need +0.1 MCH Core.
Tesrethere is a difference between the two multipliers, one for 200MHz and the other for 266MHz FSB, IDK which for which?

I thought FSB was the MCH core? I was referring to the MCH Core then, not FSB

There's FSB OverVoltage just above MCH OverVoltage.
Yes you might need +0.2 For the MCH, start with +0.1 1st though

Ok I used the seetings that I had at the beginning of the forum, I changed the MCH core to +.1 and the RAM volatge to +.4, and my system got a BSOD "Page Fault in Non Paged Area" . Lol the BSOD message is different everytime it crashes (But they all relate to memory). Ill try +.2 in MCH

What is PC Health reading for ram voltage?
Maybe use more relexed timings, 5-5-5-15?

It reads it at 2.2 volts. I loosened the timings like you suggested, but I still got a BSOD this time with "Modification of system code or data was detected"

Can you get another memory to test with?
Is it a new build or just the memory?
Might not be the memory after all, could be corrupted system file, a driver, the board and small chance the CPU. I'd initiate contact with GB support anyway.

OK, but here is the deal. When I use one RAM stick(any of them in any slot) alone, it runs extremely smooth, no BSOD. But as soon as I plug in the other stick, it starts with these BSOD. I have memtested both RAM sticks alone and they passed with no failed test. So it's very confusing now why I'm getting the BSOD's
