I have a P35 board that also work fine with one stick but won't even post with 2 sticks in dual channel mode. This was developed not right from the begining.
That's why I suggested to contact GB support, they take some time you'd have time to experiment.
The same happen with +0.2 MCH OverVoltage?

Yeah :( I just emailed GB about it. Lol I really hope they can fix this, bc I don't wanna spend another $60-$80 on another pair or RAM just so I can have 4 gigs

Actually I've been changing different things bc it keeps crashing...but I can start from this one again. It has crashed in the past

    Try these settings
    Robust Graphics Booster___________ [Auto]
CPU Clock Ratio ____________ [12], there was something else that added .5 to this
    CPU Host Clock Control_ [Enabled]
    CPU Host Frequency (MHz)__________ [200]
    PCI Express Frequency (Mhz)_______ [Auto]
    C.I.A. 2__________________________ [Disabled]
    System Memory Multiplier (SPD)____ [4.00+]
DRAM Timing Selectable_______ SPD __ [Manual]

    Performance Enhance = [Standard]

    CAS Latency Time________________ 4
    Dram RAS# to CAS# Delay_________ 4
    Dram RAS# Precharge Delay_______ 4
    Precharge Delay (tRAS)__________ 12
ACT to ACT Delay (tRRD)_________ 3
Rank Write to READ Delay________ 3-5
    Write to Precharge Delay_________ 4-6
    Refresh to ACT Delay______________ 52
    Read to Precharge Delay__________ 5
    Static tRead Value_______________ 7
    Static tRead Phase Adjust________ Auto

    System Voltage Control____ [Manual]
DDR2 OverVoltage Control__ [+0.300V] << May need +0.4, what do you see in PC Health section of the BIOS for ram voltage when +0.3 is set?
    PCI-E OverVoltage Control_ [Normal]
    FSB OverVoltage Control___ [Normal]
(G)MCH OverVoltage Control [+.200V] << use +0.25 if you have it, if not try +0.3
    CPU Voltage Control_______ [Normal]

Your board or this BIOS just may have issues with using the 4.00+ memory multi, are you against overclocking your CPU to 266 or 333 FSB so you could use other memory multi's? This may be easier to get stable then stock, I know it sounds odd to hear that but it is true

Please have a look on the side of your RAM modules. You may be running them at the wrong timings. The only Patriot Extreme 2x2GB kit on Patriot's site is rated for 5-5-5-12, not 4-4-4-12. Lowering Cas latency like this has a huge effect on performance. You might be able to get away with it if running them at DDR-667. There's definitely no real room to increase voltage to get better timings. 2.2V is already over JEDEC specs by 0.4V, which in electronics terms is quite a bit (~25%).

Here is a link to the RAM kit I found on Patriot's official site. Patriot Memory - Products If this isn't your RAM, it would be useful if you could search that site and post a link to the exact kit you have. There are "Eased Latency" (looser) "Enhanced Latency" and "Low Latency" but the only 2x2GB kit is the one I have linked (that I can see).

I see. Your timings are correct then. My mistake.

Hey LSD I tried those settings (+ increasing my FSB to 266 and my multiplier to 9.5)and ran the memory test over night, it had crashed. So I changed the (G)MCH to +.3 (there is no +.25)
