I'm all in for stability. If you think D Multis is the way to go - Lets do it.As usual I will need help with a starting point. As far as backing down ram timings - I have no clue where to start.
I will change PLL to 1.57 if thats OK.Again THANKS for your help.

Well I was just saying it would be more stable is all, if you get stable using B then you are fine to keep using it.

Were you stable or do you want to go with D multi's instead?

I have not had any issues running 2.40B @1080MHz.Matter of fact - Computer runs GREAT.My Rig has never run this good before - Do you think I'm ready to start backing down my RAM timings? If so - Could you kind of run the procedure by me?Man,I really do appreciate your help.

Sounds great then! Ya lets lower your timings

tRD of 7 would be great, but I do not think you will have any luck at all with that so I will not advise you change this. Try the following changes, all at once if you like or one by one testing as you go

    Standard Timing Control
    CAS Latency Time...........................:5
    tRCD ......................................:5
    tRP'.......................................:5
    tRAS.......................................:18 << try 12/15

    Advanced Timing Control
    tRRD.......................................:4 << 3 should be fine
    tWTR.......................................:8 << 3-4 should be fine
    tWR........................................:10 << Can be 4-6
    tRFC.......................................:82 << try 58-60
    tRTP.......................................:5 <<< 3-4
Command Rate (CMD) ........................:2 << With settings as they are now, if you set 1T here can you boot? If so, compare this with 2T in a few benchmarks and see if this is working for you or not, scores will be noticeably better with 1T if it is working. Be ready to clear the CMOS though if it is working, but your memory will not do 1T!!

Here's some of the results of the test I ran.I didn't do the Command Rate 1T test - but I will if you still want me to.
Static tRead Value...........: 8 on all test
    Test # ..........................: #1 #2 #3 #4 #5 #6 #7
    Standard Timing Control
    CAS Latency Time............: 5 5 5 5 5 5 5
    tRCD..............................: 5 5 5 5 5 5 5
    tRP................................: 5 5 5 5 5 5 5
    tRAS..............................: 18 15 14 13 14 14 13

    Advance Timing Control
    tRRD..............................: 4 3 3 3 3 3 3
    tWTR.............................: 8 4 3 3 3 3 3
    tWR...............................: 10 6 5 4 4 4 4
    tRFC..............................: 82 60 59 58 58 59 59
    tRTP..............................: 5 4 3 3 3 3 3
    Command Rate.................: 2 2 2 2 2 2 2

    Run Mentest86+ 2hrs Run Memtest86+ Test#5 1hr.
    Test#
    #1 no errors no errors
    #2 no errors no errors
    #3 no errors/passed 6hrs. no errors
    #4 no errors errors
    #5 no errors errors
#6 no errors/failed long test no errors
    #7 errors errors

Test #3 is what I picked to go with.I can stress it more if need be.
    Here is what Everest benched.
    Read Write Copy Latency
    Memory 9112MB's ----- ----- 57.2ns
    L1 -------- 68172 136316 0.7ns
    L2 30659 22882 33066 -------
System seems very stable. What else can I do or need to do???
    Thanks again for your help.

Yes, try 1T. If you can boot it, it should work and scores will be much better

I set 1T in BIOS with original settings - computer booted up - but CPU-Z,MemSet,and Everest all say I'm running 2T.Tried several more settings in BIOS - same results.Everest gave simular bench results as before.Do you have anymore suggestions - because I really don't know where to go from here???Thanks Again

Yes, sorry I forgot to mention, those (ALL) programs will pick this up wrong as it is not supposed to work. That is why i suggested you bench to compare them both, Gigabyte has assured me this works fine now on all P45 boards. I have not had a chance to test myself, but I do trust my contact at Gigabyte of course.

It may fail, and be defaulting to 2T for you though with 8GB. This is very likely, so no need to worry just set 2T and leave it and continue your testing/tweaking

Been very busy at work this week - But I managed to get some testing in.I run Prime95 for 6hrs. then 12hrs.(no errors).I run Memtest86+ for 8hrs.(no errors).I run OCCT 4 passes - never looked better.Do I need to try and lower any timings?I know tRAS will not go lower than 14, tWR will not go lower than 5,and tRFC will not go lower than 59.Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks again.
