These are the detailed configuration of my BIOS but i guess i have to leave them default unless i decide to buy a stronger cooler... Any reccomendation for optimizing memory performance, then?

A2 is not the board revison, it is the choset revision. GB site indicates only one revision, 1.0, for this board but it is not always updated. Board revision is pronted on the motherboard above the far PCI slot, I/O panel side.

MemSet screen capture indicate memory timings are 5-7-7-24, so i guess all is on auto.
Try to set lower timings, start with 5-5-5-18, then try lowering Static tRead Value, 6 should be possible, perheps even 5 or 4.
    Code:
DRAM Timing Selectable ---------------- : [Manual]

    Standard Timing Control
    CAS Latency Time -------- ?? ---------- : [5]
    tRCD ------------------- ?? ---------- : [5]
    tRP --------------------- ?? ---------- : [5]
    tRAS ------------------- ?? ---------- : [18]

    Channel A & B
Static tRead Value --------------------- : [7] << Try lower untill computer won't boot than set back to the lowest that boot

    MCH/ICH
    MCH Core ---------------- ?.???V ------- : [1.100] <<< Try 1.10 up to 1.26, lowest needed
If the computer stuck in reboot loop, turn the PSU off for 20-30 seconds, turn it back on and try again, go back to BIOS M.I.T and adjust settings.

Run a memory benchmark with default settings and after applying changesto compare improvement if any.
MaxxMEM² - PreView is a small free memory benchmark with built in screen capture.

tRead value was 7, i changed to 6(didn't try a lower value)... timings was 5-5-5-15 and i changed them to 5-5-5-18... here are the benchmark results

    before

    after

i'm still a bit scared of changing any voltage setting so i didn't change MCH Core

I did an experiment with settings as close to yours as possible and I get slightly better results in read and latency, and big difference in write.

I wonder why it is. Disable Full Screen LOGO in Advanced NIOS Features and see if you see a message about memory being in flex mode.
Set tRAS back to 15. I only said 18 because that is the spec for one of the kits and it was 24 in the screen capture you posted in post #5.
Static tRead Value 5 should be possible.
No need to increase MCH Core or any other voltage unless it is needed. If you are stable with 1.1v leave it there.
The maximum voltage for the MCH is 1.32v is I am not mistaken, up to this value heat should be the only concern.

EDIT: It seems I was mistaken. Max MCH is 1.21v according to Intel specs.

it seems like i get more performance when i set it 18.. but what is the difference between 15 and 18.. and what does flex mode means?

You had better performance with 18 because of the lower tRD(Static tRead Value) 15 sould be better than 18 with tRD 6.
I am not sure what flex mode does but it is supposed to be used when mixing different types of memory modules.

i have to give a break to my overclock adventure unfortunately... because of a problem, i must remove 3 of 4 RAM modules.. i can use only one module atm.. i dont know why, i get an error that says "atikmdag stopped working and has recovered"... while i was playing a game, screen freezes and goes black for a few sec. then goes back normal again... all these happens when i mount all modules... when i left only 1 module mounted, it seems all problems gone... i've been using this system for 1 year but this problem occured one month ago... don't know why this happens but it drives me crazy.. im gonna start crying very soon...

A quick google of atikmdag brings up a bunch of the same problem you have, try to see if they have a fix for that.

i checked almost everyday but no fix worked for me. i'm trying new fixes atm, hope those work...

btw i'm really grateful for your help and guidance, and for your speed of course...
