    Tried what?
I was asking if Static tRead Value was set manually 12 in BIOS when it showed Performance Level 1 in MemSet.
This could be a bug in MemSet.

I think I missunderstood you, so I put performance level to 12 in memset.
Not sure what it was set in BIOS I think it was tRead 14.

MemSet's Performance Level should be the same as Static tRead Value in BIOS, if it's not we can report it to it's creator so he can look into it and possibly fix it.

It seems like thats a bug then since my tRead is not set to 1 like memset says.

So what should be the next step?

I'll post a question on the program thread on Xtreme Systems forum.
What is Static tRead BIOS setting and what does memset shows now?

EDIT: Is it auto or set yo the value listed?

    Great.

Its currently on 12 in bios and shows as 1 in memset. Everything below advanced timing settings is set to auto, including Static tRead.

I don't trust what BIOS show for default, can you set it 12 manually in BIOS and see what you get in MemSet?

Hmmm so maybe it was set to 1? I have no Idea how it should be with DDR3 on x48, but maybe it is part of the problem.
See if you can get the system stable with Static tRead set manually.

static tRead seems to be a bit dodgey, sometimes when I boot its at 7 and other times its at 12, 8 or 14.
Setting to to a static 7 or 12 and giving it a tiny bit of overclocking and I wont even get to POST.
