    This is odd.
Just set it lowest possible and stable.
Maybe try the 4.00A multiplier as well?

I set Tread to 7. multiplier to 4.00A and fsb to 370 and it seems to work, running a stress test now to see it it's stable.

It didn't pass Orthos witht hose settings, "1:FATAL ERROR: Rounding was 0.5, expected less than 0.4". Sometimes the test ran for 30min + and sometimes for less than 1 minute.

Try Static tRead 8, also post full settings.
Falling back to DDR-1333 with lower timings would not be much of a lose. The difference between memory performance is small and memory performance dows not make a big difference in overall performance.

Orthos crashed with tRead 8 aswell

Memory is overclocked 148(74)MHz above it's specs, try 3.33 multiplier.
Run small FFT for 2-3 hours to make sure this is not Vcore related problem.
If it's not the Vcore try +0.125 to +0.2 MCH OverVoltage, and +0.15 FSB OverVoltage

I tried the same settings with 400 fsb and memory multiplier 3.00A, bluescreened after 5min of Orthos.

Running the same settings with standard 333 FSB now.

EDIT: it ran very nicely for 30min now and cpu core temp peaked at 43C. Unfortunatly I can't try it any longer because I have to run off for new year celebrations. Happy new year to you :)

I upped the voltage a bit on MCH, fsb and vcore and tried 400x9, 3.00A spd and set it on Orthos, when I got back after 1,5h it had rebooted.

    Please post full settings.
Also fill your forum signature with your system specs, including board rev., BIOS vers., and a link to ram specs.
What BIOS version do you have? I see there's an F6D beta on GB site but even a later one F6e in the BIOS sticky at the top of the forum (page 2).
I am not beta BIOS fan myself, but it may be something worth looking at.

Why are you tightening your timings before you max out the over clock on the CPU? may be i miss read as I did not read the whole thread.
