Anyone happen to look at the RAM he was using? It is rated at 1.85-1.95V!
Yes but he is running it on auto settings at a lower 1333Mhz speed with the timmings on a lower auto setting and voltage on a lower auto setting. He stated he run memtest 86+ with no errors. This is why I am thinking it's a Windows 7 install and compatability issue like an enabled floppy drive.

thanks for all the responses, you guys are quick. Anyway after disabling the floppy drive the windows 7 disk worked. Its installing atm, however the windows already on my other drive still wont boot. I'll update once the install is done.

I too also noticed that the ram wasn't at the proper settings after I reset to optimized settings and put it back to the correct numbers b4 running the windows disk.

have you set the hard drive as first boot device in boot order? and disabled floppy from there?

Then i took out the batt and it cant on again i need to leave it there and it on itself again. Would it be my mobo faulty i tried to call the seller of the mobo he told me should be mobo faulty.
