    Question Overclock suggestions?

    I've never OC before and would like a few suggestions what to do.
    Here is my first try at it. I'm stable at 3.02 GHz...
    I have:

    GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P V1.0/1.1 BIOS F9

    Was hoping to get some advice on these settings, she seems stable, more testing on memory though.
