Default GA EX58 UD5 Rebuilding Profiles From Scratch OC & Help

hi, new here. just upgraded from my old Gigabyte GA-MA790FX-DS5
AMD build. to the new i7 intel 920 D0.

i dont really do OC. but a nice 3.2 would be great if the temps/Stable OC is good.

so a Bios setting for all that would be great. everything is on Load Op in bios since i bought it.

    Spec in Sig.

so i have 3 problems. sofar though.

1st, i use the Corsair H50-1 and 2 aska Apache PWM fans as Push/Pull
yet no matter what settings i change in bios on smart Fan / auto/PWM/voltage all headers are like 100% speed? not even if i set it in windows power saver mode, will the fan speed change only thing that does change is the CPU speed. i can not for the life of me work it out.

so as of right now im using a controller to lower the fans speeds to 1000RPM..

2nd, when i open HWmonitor or Everest and look under sensor. i have no 12v readings?

3rd, My Memory is said to be 1600Mhz. yet in bios its 1066
i turn on XPM profile 1. and windows dont like it and the computer will freez after about 10 mins.

    when i set it to SPD - x12 9-9-9-24-1 1.5v (auto) it reads as 1066 - 1600?
    but works fine.

    Ran memtest86: 4 pass = no errors
Ran Everest Stress Test on cpu/Mem ect: and Temps never got above 54c

like to add i only use the Computer for internet/Video Editing/Rendering 720p 5 min Videos. thats as much stress i put onthe computer as i dont game. also watch 1080p videos ect.

    picture. here

so any Help on getting a nice 3 or 3.2Ghz Stable + Silent
PC with all my stuff and illbe Happy for years!

dont bother with xmp its better to set ram manually, follow my 3.8ghz overclock guide in my sig,you can either go with a 3.8ghz clock or set your ram multi and blck to give you a 3.2ghz clock all voltages will let you clock from 3ghz-3.8ghz with a d0 chip, also read on how to flash with q-flash and flash to the latest bios,it might fix your fan speed problems,f7 is an old bios now

I'd be suprised if that rig pulled much more than 200W, so yeah, the HX520 is more than adequate
