Default EX58-UD4P random freezing at windows 7 starting winodws screen

Hello, I built this PC 2 months ago, it is OC'ed and has passed 10h prime 95 and 20 LinX passes max memory and 2h memtest 4.0. It was running fine, then yesterday I reinstalled windows but this time I enabled AHCI [the only difference I did from the old stable windows] but today I got a freeze at the windows 7 loading screen, I suspect it is something related to AHCI, I retest today with stability tools and it passed fine.

    UD4P latest bios
    i7 920 @ 4ghz
    WD 1TB Black
    X-Fi
    Corsair 6 GB 1600 running @ 1528
    Corsair TX850
    ATI Radeon 4890

I enabled AHCI and then reinstalled a fresh windows 7. Freezing is only at the windows 7 starting black loading screen, no freezes inside windows.
    I use latest beta bios.

First thing I would do, is go back to stock and see if the issue persists.

I will try to go back to IDE instead of AHCI, I didn't notice a difference using single drive.
