well thanks guys, after your last comments i felt like i had to change my ram
and got one at my sig now. Just waiting for power supply to get my cpu overclocked. But I am not sure if I can get 1:1 with 1000+ MHz and with this cooler.
I may want to use kick's q8200 q8400 overclock settings but some values are different on my mainboard?

Are you using the stock Intel heat-sink/fan setup?
In not, what brand/model heat-sink and fan are you using?

Check out the Cooler Master's Standard Desktop Cooler Comparison Chart.
Your setup should be one of the coolers in the top two rows.

It looks like your cooler is a higher performance version of the stock Intel cooler.
Hopefully it will provide better cooling than the stock cpu cooler.

At the CM site, I clicked on Products --> Desktop to get to this page.

    Thanks profJim
I first used global site. Well none of this desktop products even.
    But in here Legacy products
    Cooler Master - Products
My fan is that one. Because the only that type of fan is that one. 4 pin 775 and this is the only one that have the fan plastic not completely surrounds fan propeller.

With 4500 maximum rpm and 57.7 cfm, your fan will certainly move a lot of air.
When you're running stress tests, hopefully your maximum overclocked core temperatures will be about 50 - 55 (C) with Prime95 or OCCT, and between 60 - 65 degrees with IBT or LinX.

When you're done with your stress testing at stock cpu speeds, post your current bios settings and a screen-shot similar to your earlier post.
We can start with a 20% o/c to 3.0GHz with memory at 960MHz.
If cpu core temps are still OK, we'll o/c until we find the limit.
