what ram do you have 1800mhz or 1600mhz? youll need to lower (underclock) your ram for 3.8ghz and 1600mhz i think you can set it to 14400 mhz

How can I underclock it? I have the 1600mhz RAM. How do I clock the RAM?

your memory multiplier raises and lowers your ram speed in m.i.t section,i clock to 3.8ghz becuase the mem multi 10x is 1800mhz exactly, for you with 3.8ghz and 1600mhz youll have to lower it to 8 or 7x i cant remember or use an odd bclk multi 19x200 i think but some cpu's dont like odd multis

The only thing I've changed is my vCore. It has been bumped up to 1.34 (bios). I believe I am stable at this point.

Watch your temps as I don't know how well your H50 will do. Let us know where you get.
heres what i use for 4.3ghz

That's sort of what makes my system unstable and won't be able to run...The first time I pumped 0.5v to it, and it just failed and refused to boot. Now I set my M.I.T to 1600hmz with that profile 1 enabled and then I just raised my CPU ratio to 26 and I now get 3.60, with turbo enabled, 3.73.

But not sure if that's the real speed, I have used the CPU-Z to monitor the CPU chip, but the speed fluctuates, sometimes it goes to 3.73, and usually it just drops back to 1.59. Well...I did set the halt or something within the CPU setting so when it becomes idle, the speed will drop...Is it what affects it?

c1e and eist will throttle/reduce cpu speed when idle but give you full power when under load,i have them enabled too it saves heat and power when cpu isnt doing much

So Warren your suggestion is to have the memory multiplier enabled right so that I could set it manually from the list? I would like to go to 3.8, but not sure how? Cuz whenever I raised the voltage by 0.5v, my system just kept rebooting, and I was unable to get into the bios menu.

Do ya think it is good to raise the CPU ratio or the CPU multiplier? Have ya guys ever tried to manipulate the QPI?

what you mean 0.5v?cant you raise cpu voltage without it looping? for 3.8ghz all you need to change is ram timings/multi set cpu voltage to normal setting/qpi v to 1.30000 and ram v to 1.66,set system performance enhance to standard,,my cpu multi is locked at 21 you can raise cpu multi whatever is best for u

    Sounds terrible for performance!!

No way you should need to use those timings, sounds like you are not using the right QPI/Vtt, dram voltage, or Uncore values.
