Default BSOD when copying files on GA-EP45-UD3P Please help.

I really need some help troubleshooting my computers BSOD problems. Recently I built a file server and I have been having issues copying files between drives. I have three drives setup. The first the OS boots off of is two WD5001AALS 500GB drives in a RAID0. The second is a storage drive that is made of three WD2001FASS 1TB drives in a spanned volume. The third drive is the same, three WD2001FASS 1TB drives in a spanned volume. (This was meant to be a backup for the first spanned volume.
So the problem is…. When I copy files from one spanned volume to the other my PC BSOD with an irql not less or equal error. At first I thought it was the ram and I took some steps to set the correct ram voltage and bump the MCH voltage little. No luck. The strange thing is that this error seems to be set off by copying specific files on the disk. For instance, I have an old CD image on the drive that will blue screen the PC hands down every time. Odder still, there are other files that will only BSOD 50% of the time. I was getting ready to just say that file are old and probably corrupt but then the computer BSOF when copying files to it over the network from my laptop and I know these files are good….

    Is your system overclocked?
Did you load Optimized bios settings before making any bios changes?
Have you stress tested your system using Prime95, OCCT, IBT or other programs? If yes, how long?did each test run.

Which sata port connections are you using? List the port numbers for each raid setup.

If you will provide the detailed information in this post (steps 1 - 4) and post your current bios settings using this P45 template, we can better help you.
Don't forget to include the screen-shot display in step #4.

No, my system is not over clocked.

Yes, I did load Optimized bios settings before I made and changes to the bios settings.

The only test I have been able to run so far is memtest86+ to take a few passes at the ram. It went 3 passes without any errors..

The hard drives are setup like this...

    RAID0 for OS:
    GSata_0: WD5001AALS
    GSata_1: WD5001AALS

    Spanned Vol1:
    SATA_0: WD1001FALS
    SATA_1: WD1001FALS
    SATA_2: WD1001FALS

    Spanned Vol2
    SATA_3: WD1001FALS
    SATA_4: WD1001FALS
    SATA_5: WD1001FALS

I will have the fill out the sheet with the bio settings a little later as I am at work right now.
I can tell you the after the Optimized bios setting went in I remember changing 3 options in MIT.
    Performance Enhance: Standard
MCH Core: from 1.1v to 1.20v
DRAM Voltage: from 1.8v to 2.1v (it sounds high but it is the spec for the ram)

I used the 64 bit drivers that come on the MB CD. I entered them during the windows install so I would be able to see the drives. Again, I don't have the driver version numbers as I am still at work but I can check when I get home and give your drivers a try.

I have a bit of an update. Last night I ran memtest86+ over night and when I woke up it had taken 33 passes on the ram. 66 Errors and they were all on pass 1.... All the other passes seemed to be fine. Can anyone explain this?

It's fairly common for several early Memtest86+ passes to run error free, only to have later passes generate some errors.
Obviously your system is bass-ackwards. :)

Follow steps 1 - 4 in this post to provide us with the detailed information so that we can best help you.
