Are you using a backplate? If so, which is it? What cooler?

Some coolers cause a short, so if you are unsure put the Intel stock one back and see if it starts, if it does then you know your new cooler is causing the short and you will have to try and find where and fix it. It's normally on the backside, but can also be on the front as well.
