Default Is e-sata hot swappable on GA X58A UD7?

Hi, I have Gigabyte GA X58A UD7 and a Thermaltake BlackX e-sata dock. But it looks like the esata bort on back of the motherboard isn't hot swappable, can that be the case? It works on my laptop, when I shut down the dock and change disk and turn on again it pops-up, but on the GA X58A UD7 I have to restart every time I shange HDD in the dock.

Any soulutinons for this from you guys?

PS all setting in BIOS are correct as far as I know

It must first be AHCI to be hot swappable, then you need to use the correct driver.

You want one from these choices
// RX.XX.XX - Driver would get eSATA setting from BIOS/Option Rom.
// RX.XX.XX_eSATA - Driver would report all Device connected as Removable Device.
    Drivers are here
