Wow. I'm running IBT now and I have to admit that it's pretty scary. My CPU temps are jumping around 69-73c although I set all of my fans on high. Ambient temperature is 24c. I'm running maximum stress level with 6606MB RAM and times to run is 5. I hope I won't burn my CPU to death :(.

A BSOD in less than 5 minutes haha. Poor me (and poor my CPU too).

The error is 0x0000000A Irql_Not_Less_or_Equal (I'm not quite sure about the Hex part). What does this error mean?

I'll run the IBT again to make sure the BSOD is the same. Thank you Chike for helping me. I appreciate it.

Just to be clear, those are core temps or CPU temp reading in EasyTune?
For core temperatures it's fine the CPU won't burn, not sure what is this CPU TJmax, but it should be fine.

This might be memory settings related error, not sure.
    What are IBT GFlops BTW?

Hello, that is from CoreTemp. To be honest, I don't trust EasyTune much. I run the test again. This time I open my windows and the CPU temps are jumping back and forth between 65-68c. And strangely, it's running for 15 minutes now. The GFlops of the first pass is 31.3047. What does that mean? TJ. max from CoreTemp is 100c

31GFlops is pretty low, try with 3076MB.
Your CPU is at 3.48GHz as in the last settings you posted? For that I'd expect > 40 GFlops, maybe more vcore needed.

Yes, my CPU is at 3.48GHz. The test passed 4/5 now so I think I'll let it finish before starting a new test. I read the readme file and it says I should use the maximum RAM. I don't know that using more RAM will affect the GFlops. My settings are pretty the same except some changes to memory timings.

Usaually more ram generates slightly higher GFlops, but there was one user that it worked the other way and it turned out to be his memory settings that's why I suggested trying 3076MB, or perheps 2048MB.

Wow you're 100% right Chike. I test it again with 2048 MB memory and the GFlops is 46.0474 now. However, the temperature rises to 75c max. So that means I tightened my RAM too much right?

It's so strange. I completely shutdown my computer, shutdown the PSU, and then power up everything again. This time, I run all the test from 1024MB, 2048MB, 4096MB, and Maximum 6886MB. The results are 43, 46, 46.6, 47 GFlops and there is no error.. So why I am getting a BSOD on my first run, and a low GFlops on my second run. The max temp reported are 77c.

I'm not sure if I can call this state stable. Do you have any recommendation?

    Thank you very much.
