    Those were seto to 700 because you were starting from fail safe BIOS settings, please start over by loading optimized defaults then save/apply/reboot BACK to the BIOS. Then make any needed changes, including your SATA/RAID Settings before going to windows.

    Once you do this, then try your overclock again and give us your new settings. This is a must because there is setting you cannot access, and starting from fail safe will set these wrong.

    Are your MCH/CPU ect, REF's on Auto where you entered values such as "MCH Reference….…….0.800V...........; (0.760)" or are you manually setting something? Just checking.

    Post back your new attempts settings once you start with optimized, and also please include a link to your memory and a screenshot of Memset and CPU-z open

    Are you running any stress/stability tests? IBT? Prime95? OCCT?

    Please confirm if the following settings are correct and manually set or if they are set to AUTO:

    When you manually set what I asked, are you doing it properly as per the guide in my signature? If not please set them to Auto for now

    tRD is likely the problem, 5 is to low and MCH may be too high

    I like to run Intel BurnTest (IBT) or LinX for 10 loops before I run an extended Prime95 test.
    I recommend running with at least 2048MB of memory or higher.

    If either of these tests run error free, then I run a long Prime95 Blend test.

    We don't know what settings you are using for the Advanced Timing Controls. Please specify if these are set to AUTO or enter any manually set values.

    With CPU host frequency = 266MHz, Static tRead Value (tRD or Performance level in Memset) = 5 or 6 should be stable. This can be tested later in another stress test.

    Sorry didnt catch that... Everything that has auto next to it is set to auto. Anything that doesnt is manually set. Going to run Intel Burn test for 10 loops and see what happen will let you know as soon as i find out. If i am error free then i will run a long prime95 test.

    set tRFC = 76
    set MCH Core = 1.32 (1.34 might be needed)

    Try using the standard amount of memory (1024MB) first. If successful, repeat the test with 2048 or 4096MB.
    If IBT or LinX generates errors, there is no benefit to running the other test.

    **edit** You're running your memory at 800MHz, MCH Core = 1.28 might be best.
