    At the moment I have the FSB @ 417, mem x3.2 @1334, CPU 3.33GHz.
2 passes memtest, just running OCCT now.

Just wondering how far I should push the FSB, without causing damage?

With what timings? 6-6-7-18 should work tRFC as per SPD(666) or auto, and should hold up to 428MHz FSB.

FSB will cause no damage, voltage and heat may, make sure the NB has enough airflow around it.

    425 bus speed x8 = 3.4GHz cpu
    x 3.2 mem = 1360 MHz RAM
    6-7-7-18 2T, tRCD 66, tRD8
    DDR + 0.3V
    MCH NB + 0.2V
    FSB +0.1V
Vcore 1.4V in CMOS actually 1.33V
Seems stable at the moment, I will test more tomorrow.

BTW the NB heatsink had a surface temp of 46C is this ok?

    tRCD or tRFC?
I would try lowwer ,ain timings with higher tRFC. Usually even scaled down timings are easier to achive at lower frequency with even lower voltage. e.g. II run stable DDR-800 4-4-4-12 with 2.0v but I need 2.1v to run DDR-1066 5-5-5-15.
    Try 6-6-6-18 with tRFC 68-74.
To confirm enough vcore i use IBT(IntelBurnTest) which produce much more heat than Prime95. Up to 75c core temps for the duration of the test should not be a problem. With 1536MB expected 22+ GFlops.

Sorry Chike, yes I did mean tRFC.
I will try those lower timings and let you know, thanks.

Can't get 6-6-6-18 to run stable even with 88 tRFC, currently stable at 6-6-7-18 tRFC 66.
    MaxxMem
    8451 MB/s
    8733
    7557
    58.3ns

Ran IBT at 1536 MB and got 19 GFlops, with cores @ 60C which is good.
Sandra 8.2 GB/s which is better also!
Thanks guys for all of your help

Not enough GFlops try more vcore. At 3.4GHz I get 22.3 yours should be the same or a bit higher (due to the extra 1MB cache)

How high should I go with the Vcore? At what voltage should I stop adding?

VID range for your processor is 0.85-1.5v so you can increase it safely up to 1.5v.
When IBT results do not increase any more that means you havbe enough vcore.
You can try doing it with EasyTune, increase vcore a step or two each time by clicking right arrow and then "set" (not save) and run IBT. When you have found how much vcore is needed reboot and set it in BIOS.

Please note that not having your system specs in your signature making our life difficult.
