    have you tried using ati tools or ati tray?? they will let you alter your gpu voltage,look on main page under overclocking/monitoring tools

    MSI After burner doesn't help much with voltage on non reference Gigabyte GV-R587UD

    Yes, non reference always has problems! I have a sapphire 4890 that I can't adjust myself
