It Should. You may need to make some settings in your bios depending on your CPU, and maybe a voltage change? Although I don't know what the bios changes are for your setup. I'm pretty sure more knowledge of the CPU is needed for which changes.
    Code:
    MB Intelligent Tweaker(M.I.T.)
    Robust Graphics Booster [Auto]
    CPU Clock Ratio (Note) [25X]
    CPU Frequency 3.33GHz (133x25)
    CPU Host Clock Control [Disabled]
x CPU Host Frequency (Mhz) 133
    PCI Express Frequency (Mhz) [Auto]
    C.I.A. 2 [Disabled]
    Performance Enhance [Turbo]
    System Memory Multiplier (SPD) [Auto]
    Memory Frequency (Mhz) 533 533
    DRAM Timing Selectable (SPD) [Auto]
    ******** Standard Timing Control ********
x CAS Latency Time 4 Auto
    x DRAM RAS# to CAS# Delay 4 Auto
    x DRAM RAS# Precharge 4 Auto
x Precharge delay (tRAS) 11 Auto
    ******** Advanced Timing Control ********
x ACT to ACT Delay (tRRD) 2 Auto
x Rank Write To READ Delay 2 Auto
x Write To Precharge Delay 4 Auto
x Refresh to ACT Delay 20 Auto
x Read To Precharge Delay 2 Auto
x Static tRead Value 4 Auto
x Static tRead Phase Adjust 13 Auto
    ******** System Voltage Optimized ********
    System Voltage Control [Manual]
    DDR2 OverVoltage Control [Normal]
    PCI-E OverVoltage Control [Normal]
    FSB OverVoltage Control [Normal]
    (G)MCH OverVoltage Control [Normal]
    Loadline Calibration [Enabled]
    CPU Voltage Control [Normal]

Yes 2.1V memory will work fine in P35 boards, the 1.8V you mention is just the standard voltage rating for DDR2 is all, not what the board requires or anything like that.

Once you get going if you have issues give us your settings and we can help. +0.3 DDR2 voltage in the BIOS is 2.1V
