Thanks, I will edit above for memory.

You have UD3R motherboard, not UD5? You know that right? Just checking, you said UD5 in your first post.

If it is UD3R, then yes that is very old F4 BIOS, here is latest F11
    http://america.giga-byte.com/FileLis...8-ud3r_f11.exe

If you are unsure how to flash please read this on how to use Qflash, DO NOT USE @BIOS
    http://forums.tweaktown.com/f69/bios...h-guide-27576/

Then load optimized as the guide suggests, save/apply F10 reboot BACK to the BIOS and set your SATA Settings then the above again.

No problem, you can take all the time you want I will still be here to help once you get back around!

    DO NOT USE @BIOS

    Use Qflash

    That is the difference

@BIOS can brick your board, making you have to send it in for a new one. So it is not safe to use, please use Qflash or DOS

If you flashed with @BIOS and your board still works you are fine, nothing you need to re-do or anything.

You can reflash with Qflash if you want anytime, please do not use @BIOS anymore.

Yes, it can work fine, but when it does not you will be sending your board in for RMA.

    SO PLEASE DO NOT USE!
