    Default UD7 w/Sandy Bridge

Anyone know if the upcoming Sandy Bridge chip from Intel will work with the UD5/UD7 1366 boards?

With statements like "SB will require series 6 chipset" on the net, the chance of compatibility seems low.

    You guys!

No one really knows killa, but I don't think we will get that lucky. Good thing though is that the UD7 should have a decent resale value!

well according to the wikipedia (taken always with a pinch of salt) Intel Sandy Bridge (microarchitecture) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia it would appear that it will be the same socket as nehalem and will have QPI and DMI options....
