    Default E6320 o/c in EP45-UD3LR

Does anyone have a rough idea what sorta speeds I should be looking at with the spec in my sig below?
Under load core temp show around 45ish degrees, At the moment the memory is running 110Mhz fast than spec with 5-5-5-18 timings.
What would people suggest as a happy normal use o/c speed?
I've got it to 3.18GH with the FSB at 455MHz, 460MHz crashed and locked up when running intel burn test. Think it's prob the RAM as its only 800MHz stuff and is running at over 910MHz now.

Could be the RAM, but could also be the CPU.
Follow steps 1-4 in this post for some additional information, maybe someone can help you.
