75$, but will go to 100$. I just dont want problems and 10-25% one and two star scares me.

This is about the best I've found:
Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-MA785GMT-UD2H AM3 AMD 785G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard, however I've read in several reviews that gigabyte is not responding to tech support on their boards, and that's totally not good. Of course I did rule out asus, but am now considering them, if I can find a good one. A few years ago I got an asus, it was a bad board design and many ppl were complaining on their forum. I sent it back and they sent a new one with the same issues, when i called and they could not promise that a 3rd would not have the same issues. So, they never fixed the design problems with that lousy board. They were dumping them on the market.

This is a 90 bucks board and you still need CPU and memory.

That's right. And its ddr3. It has the slots that I need, its got on-board video which is nice. Of couse i have no ideas about processors. maybe this board requires an expensive processor? I'd really like to spend <200$ for board, processor, and 2gig ram. 6% one and two star is the best I've seen. Not including boards with less then 75 reviews.

For under $200 you can easily get a P35 or P45 board and a 8400 or 7400 CPU.

    Do you ebay?

Gigabyte responds to support questions, sometimes it takes a few days though. And of course you have support here as well!

    Yes!

Get a P35-DS3R, or P45-DS3R, P45-UD3P, P45-UD3R and you will be set, then just need to but a CPU

Are these better then the others suggested? Are they better then the one I consider with 6% one and two star: GA-MA785GMT-UD2H ?

i cant find more then a few user reviews of these 3 boards.

Yes, much better, especially the P45 but I really think the P35's too!

The board they suggested, the G41 or P41 sorry to busy to check, is a budget board with very limited features and options.

I have no clue about AMD, sorry. P45-UD* is a super series, they have broken TONS of overclock records with those, you either ware not looking in the right place or not using the right terms as there should be 1000's of reviews of any number of them.

75% of people who are happy with their product do not post reviews, so add that to your thoughts.

And of course you did link the UD3LR/UD3L models, those "L" models are budget ones no one buys. Those are not what I suggested

    EP45-UD3P $99
Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P MotherBoard LGA 775 ATX - eBay (item 220600054374 end time May-10-10 21:23:41 PDT)

    $139 Free Shipping + Add 15% off ends 5/9
    GA-EP45-UD3P GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P Core 2 Quad/ P45/ CrossFireX/ A&2GbE/ ATX Motherboard - Motherboards - Intel - SuperBiiz.com

    Ep45-UD3R $100-110
    GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3R LGA 775 P45 INTEL MOTHERBOARD - eBay (item 250627623725 end time May-12-10 09:49:35 PDT)

    $119
    GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3R Core 2 Quad/ P45/ DDR2-1366/ A&GbE/ ATX Motherboard - GA-EP45-UD3R - Katerno.com

Intel E8400 ($80-110 normal ending price, Buy it now $104-130)
Intel E8400, CPUs. Great deals on eBay!

Intel E7400 ($60-85 normal ending price, Buy it now $80-110)
    http://computers.shop.ebay.com/i.htm...=&_trksid=m270

Or 7500 (I see a few Buy it now for 85-90 right now)
    http://computers.shop.ebay.com/i.htm...=&_trksid=m270

I can't advise on AMD boards, so not sure if that is a good one or not? I can say it is lesser than any of the UD3 models, since it is UD2 so it is also probably very budget/limited
