Those are the settings I have on XMP and system memory multiplier.
edit: I tested all the higher settings until 1.24V and they all froze at start up, I tested it at .95V and I got a blue screen of death.
You had XMP on auto or profile1 not disabled then? If so then my mistake don't set DRAM Voltage to 1.9v leave it on auto.
I suggest running 6+ passes of memtest86+. If you get errors test each memory module individually in slot #1.

I set my DRAM voltage to 2.1V and it works better now, but my computer froze after 10 minutes while running prime95.
I'll try running memtest for a long period of time.

XMP disabled and you running DDR-1066 (533MHz in CPU-Z)?
All values in the template are correct (you list DRAM Voltage auto, nut said you have set it 2.1v)

Still freezing under heavy CPU use(prime95).
It's not bad ram, tested it for 6 hours and 25 minutes without any problems (with memtest86+).
    Updated BIOS settings:

Try setting MCH Core again to 1.2-1.24 but this time also set Vtt (CPU Term) to 1.225.

Your board may need the lower MCH, just trying to see if that is for sure or not.

Also, set your own Memory mutliplier so you know Auto is not setting an incorrect one. For 333 FSB to run 1066 Memory set 3.20B

With XMP disabled and SMM auto it should have set memory to 800 not 1066, maybe CMOS clear is due, or reflashing the BIOS.

It might have been at 800Mhz, I was more concerned with Auto choosing the wrong multiplier strap, such as A when you wanted B
