    Ohh sorry!

Man, really not sure why your temps are high, it's got to be the ambient temps causing this.

Is it hot where you live and you don't have air conditioning? Just wondering if you could get the room temp to 768-70F and see how temps are then because that is what the average users ambient temp would be

Is that no o/c and stock temps you have a big problem there, disable speedstep and cie, uninstall real temp and install it again, first check temps in the bios first.

Have you cleared CMOS and rebuilt the DMI pool yet? To rebuild the DMI pool, clear CMOS and flash latest BIOS using Qflash, and in Qflash disable "Keep DMI Data" then load optimized after the flash is done and reboot back to the BIOS and set your SATA/Disk settings again and then go into windows and check temps.

It could be the board, but you should try the above to make sure something from previous BIOS or BIOS settings in the DMI pool are not carried over causing this issue
