Uncore multiplier should be 2x your ram multiplier, or 2x +1-2

Yes, x21 or x19 would be the most stable CPU multipliers, i7's don't like even CPU multi's

QPI voltage you asked about is normal, some boards, BIOSes, and CPU's offer different voltage options is all, that is why yours may differ

well i bought my ram from Computer Supplies and PC Components from Novatech a year ago and only paid 96 for the kit,now prices have sky rocketed idk why,the ocz obsidian kits i like aswell there 1600mhz but can do 1866mhz,they were 114 from overclockers uk but ive just looked and they too have risen to 164,all your settings look fine to me though

That's true the RAM price is very high now. I wonder, after you've overclocked to 3.8GHz, why your CPU still able to run at 0.912V (see HERE), whilst in my case it will never be less than 1V even they system is idle. Do you know why? Thanks.

is your voltage set to normal setting or 1.18750v? i think i was using an older version of easytune though

heres how it should look in windows 7,it shows the cpu multi downclocked when idle,in xp it shows cpu at full speed with 0.912v when really its at idle and underclocked like in win 7

My CPU voltage is set to 1.18750. Interesting... in my case at idle it always appears as the following. Emm... what I did wrong in the setting... Kindly advise. Thanks.

Your voltage is set to 1.1125 Vcore, or Auto Vcore, then you have Vdrop and Vdroop to take into account.

So if you want a higher voltage than 1.1125 to be set in the BIOS you will need to do it manually

it only fluctuates propperly when set to normal or on auto voltages but you dont want to set it on auto, any other setting the cpu isnt throttled down by c1e,i use normal setting
