Default Sata Ports vs SB voltage GA-EP45C-DS3

I been using a single HDD SATA with ( 150 G velociraptor) this MOBO. Just two or three weeks ago I have conect another one SATA disk, From this days, I start to get serious probelms loading Windows. Not allways, jus in time to time. All becomes veryyyyyyyyy slow. The two disk are news and cheked on my other PC . I have changed the SATA cables, no way. I Have try all SATA ports from 0 to 5, no way. I finally check the bios voltage on the SB ICH/IO= 1.50 v. in auto mode. Well I putt in manual and I go another step ahead 1.57V and it seems now is ok. I say "seems" beacouse I need a litlle more time to be 100% sure,. I have oc in this mobo.
    CPU: QX9650 at 3.825 Ghz
    FSB:450
    Vcore in bios: 1.3125
    CPU Termination; 1.300
    CPU PLL:1.500
    MCH Core:1300.

Its, that any normal what happens to me wit he SATA ports??? BTW, a single disk is wotking ok at default voltage 1.50 v.

Yes this can be normal, you may need to adjust both of these a little

    ICH I/O……………….....1.500V............: <<< 1.57
ICH Core…………...……1.100V............: <<< 1.14 should be fine, but you can go higher safely.

Put your OS drive in SATA2_0, and your CD/DVD drive in the last port SATA2_5, then you can put the secondary drive you go in SATA2_1-3 (Any would be fine)

I have 2 CD/DVD drives and they are conected in the IDE conector. The main disk with the Os is in the SATA2 _0 and the secondary disk is in the SATA2_1. You think will be better change ??
