    Set MCH Ref to Auto.

Vtt is fine at what you set, not all boards have the .005 options so that is fine

Oke. I am going to set MCH ref to auto...

Cool, thanks alot profJim and Lsdmeasap :D You guys are the best..

Btw, one oc questions.. If i would like to oc my cpu to 3.60 Ghz, will it stress a lot on my system? I am interested in trying OC but i would prefer OC and stable. Any suggestion?

I am thinking of replacing my CPU cooler to Coolermaster V8.

Ok.. i encounter error message when i enter bios setting to change mch ref to auto. It said that my system encounter fail boot with the current voltage, kinda like system warning in a red small box. Do i ignore this? or need to fix?

Your screen-shot in post #30 & #31 where Memset shows 5-7-7-20 primary memory timing, means that your bios settings were NOT applied and that the bios used default safe settings when it finally booted. This is normal when the system can't boot with the settings that were last saved and applied. Usually this happens after your system makes 2 or more attempts to boot. When this happens, if you immediately enter the bios, you will see the red warning message box when you enter the MIT section.
The problem might be related to an incorrect MCH Core voltage setting. As stated earlier, MCH Core = 1.05 might be needed.

A 3.6GHz overclock won't stress your system, but temperatures will be higher than when your system is running at stock speeds.
Your system is currently running 6 - 10 (C) above normal, due to using the stock Intel heat-sink setup. You might have restricted air flow inside your case if you're using flat ribbon cables that haven't been properly routed out of the primary air flow. You might need a somewhat larger computer case that provides better cooling and more fans.

You will need to carefully measure how much clearance you have for a new cooler. Down draft cpu coolers are not as tall as upright coolers, but the down draft setups don't cool quite as well as most upright coolers. Some upright coolers will only work with 92mm fans and would probably be about 25mm shorter than upright coolers that use 120mm fans. These shorter coolers with their smaller fans will not have the same cooling capacity as the larger coolers with their 120mm fans. I'm happy with my Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro Rev.2 cooler, but the mounting setup is a bit tricky with its unique push-pin setup. You will break the small push-pins if you twist them. Overall dimensions are 104 L x 58 W x 126.5 H mm.

The Cooler Master V8 might be too large for your small computer case. Check out its dimensions, it's 161mm tall.
**edit** The 161mm height is from the top of the cpu, not from the motherboard.

Yes, pay attention to your board while it boots after you apply overclock settings, normally you can see/hear it start 3+ times or try twice and fail and reboot, this means what is mentioned above and your settings failed and you will have to try again.

Running 3600Mhz oc with 1066Mhz would be best. Try first using the "normal" option on each voltage by pressing the "+" on keyboard, except set Dram =2.1 and cpu =1.275V and more depending how well it scales with voltage. this may be no stress on the system at all, if under +0.05 is added to CPU Voltage, not more.

You'll have to find what are the limits that the C0 revision cpu encounters upon reaching 400FSB, i guess none.
(My E0 revision can run intelburn stable upto 510Mhz FSB with 1.10V Termination and 495Mhz with 1.15V MCH Core, 435 with 1.05 MCh core, 515Mhz with Dram 1.82V, 505Mhz with PLL 1.15V)

2.66D may seem not funcional at times if it boots but restarts, not stable long enough to get into bios, and clear cmos is needed, you'll have to disconnect pc form power outlet for that. In that case it is less time consuming to use 2.00D

Cool.. Thanks a lot guys for the advice.

So if i would like to oc mine to 3.6GHz.. i would just need to raise the cpu vcore to =1.275v??

You may need more or less vcore, all CPU's are different even if they are from the same batch, sounds like a good place to start trying though
