    Yes, try 800 driving strength since you are not using above 800Mhz ram anymore.

    Also try 1.24 MCH

    After being unable to get more than 45 minutes of stable Prime, I set these settings (which seems a little high, but what do I know ;)) and am now stable for 2 hours. Temps are in the mid 60's.
    How should I start working my way down on the voltages? Start with one until I get unstable and then the next, or slowly bumb everything down?

    Have you also thought about re-applying the thermal paste on the CPU?? That may help reducing those temps as well.

    Installed the cooler about a month ago, so shouldnt be necessary. What is strange to me is that 2 of the cores are about 5 degrees cooler than the other 2. Any ideas why?

    That is normal, the cores are always working on different things, and the heatsink and IHS are not always even, so a variance of 5-10+ degrees can be normal
