Unfortunately the screws for the brackets that hold it down are directly under the fans. There is no way that I could see to get a screwdriver in there with the fans already attached. It was worth it though. It is idling right now at a cool 31c and it goes to 62c on IntelBurnTest, which it the hottest thing I have run on it. It probably would have hit 90c on the Zalman if I had let it run that long.

Ahh, so you will have a very fun time when you next go to remove it huh :)

That's good temps for LinX, sounds like a great improvement!

I think Zalmans look nice, but that is about it, at least the ones I have used (9500 and 9700)

Do you have some problem with Ethernet?

I have P43-DS3 with Q9550 at 3.4 Ghz, and i have problems with Ethernets connections, since i overclocked, i can see a lots of packets loss in communications programs like TS2... It's rare because i get good results in benchmark and the temp in idle is 34 (cores 38) and full load (54 max).

But packets loss of Ethernet are the problem only... have same problem?

Not at all. You have the pcie bus locked at 100, right? If not make sure to do so.

You'd probably get a better response if you started a new thread titled with the problem you are having. Go ahead and do that and post your config, and under what conditions you have the problem.
