Please follow step #4 in this post to display a screen-shot for more information.
Your bios template will be easier to follow if you enter your bios settings to the right of the colon and the "normal" displayed settings to the left of the colon, such as:
    CPU Termination --------- 1.200V* ----- : [1.24]
    MCH/DRAM Ref ----------- 0.900V ------ : [Auto]

Your posted bios settings don't include some settings.

I thought I would add to this I went back to completely stock settings and I am still random freezing only when playing games. anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour and the system just goes to freeze. No blue screen, just locks up.

This system was running perfect until I made a proc swap. Possibly a voltage issue or rail problem???

This is likely mch overheating. It did the same thing here when I was trying to run totally fanless or low rpm <600rpm, the cpu fan.
You should attach a low rpm fan near the Mch heatsink.

Give us your settings please and we will advise back

As for your stock test you mentioned, did you set the ram voltages, performance enhance to standard, and set MCH voltage needed for 8GB? If not then it is not a good test so I would dismiss any errors noted at stock/auto settings without setting the things I mentioned.

alright lets start fresh what settings should I set for the memory voltage. I do feel that the MCH is getting pretty friggin hot.

Why do you not want to give us your BIOS settings?? I have asked a few times for them and you wont respond?

We need you to fill out a template with your current settings so we can be sure you are starting from the correct point before we advise you.

Memory voltage would need to be 2.1-2.3V for those sticks in your signature, you may not need the full amount though so keep that in mind. MCH Voltage would need to be 1.24-1.28 likely

I gave the full settings I had early on in the post. I will repost the template again, now that I have started over. The fact I cant get this work right at the 333 bus speed is even more annoying.

Well I'd like to see them again is all, I know suggestions had been made to you so I assumed you changed some things since then.

For stock, set voltages I mentioned above and put performance enhance on standard. If that still fails set tRD for both channels to 9
