Can you please link us to your exact memory or give the model #?

Also, what BIOS are you using?

Use CPU-z and look in the mainboard tab, or press F9 on the MAIN page of the BIOS to get your BIOS version
CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting

This is your memory kit then correct, just checking?

Thanks! There is a newer BIOS out if you want to update (F8)
    GA-EP45T-UD3R (rev. 1.0) - GIGABYTE

If you do update please DO NOT use @BIOS, use Qflash or DOS, here is a guide.
    http://forums.tweaktown.com/f69/bios...h-guide-27576/

First load optimized defaults first if you have not already, then save/apply and reboot back to the BIOS and set your SATA/Disk settings all again.

Then try these settings, you may not be able to run 470 FSB but give it a shot!

You might be able to go over 3.33, not sure how those CPU's are.

See if you can get 470 FSB working, if so maybe you can go higher, if not try 450 FSB
