    I suggest TX-2 thermal paste, as for coolers I'll leave that up to you because you would need to look at what will fit into your case and what you like the looks of, but I will say meglahams or Thermalright True are the top end coolers if you have the room in your case.

    LED's on the board are normal, some will go off if you disable C1E and EIST, others will stay on though depending on voltages set and frequencies

    you wanna download coretemp to monitor your temps when testing,try to keep below 80c on all cores 70-78c is ideal easytune isnt as accurate as coretemp,choose the one for 32 or 64bit os

    Ok I tried Linx with that monitor and heres a screen I got a little worried so i stopped the test anyway Memtest came back fine with no errors so am guessing thats a good thing :)

    So guys what can I do to get this temperature down?

    Have you checked to see if your cpu heat-sink is fully seated?
    With your system off, gently rock the heat-sink back and forth along the direction of the push-pin mounts in all 4 directions, e.g. NE <--> SW & NW <---> SE (compass orientation).
    If any of the push-pin mounts lift up slightly from the motherboard, the heat-sink is not properly seated.
